Hannah leads NairaPacket's overall strategy, operations and growth - accountable for how the company serves owners and partners, and for the wider mission of making property ownership accessible to every Nigerian.

A product leader with close to a decade of experience across banking and fintech, she pairs deep product craft with a track record of building customer-centred financial products at scale. She is also an active advocate for women in technology.

Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Oladipupo is the technologist behind NairaPacket. He founded the company in 2019 as a payments startup and, after leading its team through GITEX Dubai and a Zenith Tech Fair win, made the strategic decision to tackle a bigger problem than payments: ownership. Today he architects the financial infrastructure that lets ordinary Nigerians build real, recorded property ownership from ₦10,000.

Professional history

  • 2019 - present, Founder & CTO, NairaPacket: founded NairaPacket as a payments startup focused on reducing the cost of micro-transactions and improving access to digital payments, then led its pivot into economic property ownership and the Ownership Builders Network (OBN).
  • Financial infrastructure builder: his work centres on the plumbing of digital finance - wallets, transfers, payments and ledgering - which now underpins fractional ownership, a secondary market, ownership-backed loans and group savings on NairaPacket.
  • Wider ventures: beyond NairaPacket he has built and led other technology ventures in payments and cooperative / savings infrastructure. (Additional roles and dates to be confirmed.)

Technology experience

A computer scientist by training, Oladipupo has spent his career designing and shipping software for the realities of the Nigerian market - low-cost transactions, mobile-first users and strict reliability requirements around money.

  • Education: B.Tech, Computer Science - Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA).
  • Core focus: payment systems, financial ledgers, API design, mobile applications and secure transaction processing.
  • Platform ownership: he leads the architecture across NairaPacket's API and its user, admin and agent applications.

Fintech & financial infrastructure

Oladipupo's fintech roots run deep. He first described NairaPacket's ambition as building "the PayPal for Africa," reducing the friction and cost of everyday transactions. That payments DNA - wallets, virtual accounts, transfers and reconciliation - is exactly what makes fractional, tradeable property ownership possible today, where every naira and every packet is tracked to an individual owner.

Property & economic ownership

Oladipupo is one of the earliest and most vocal builders of Economic Ownership as a category in Nigeria - the idea that you should be able to own a real, growing stake in property gradually, from a small amount, rather than waiting until you can afford a whole asset.

  • Designed NairaPacket's fractional "packet" model, letting owners start from ₦10,000.
  • Built the documentation and ledger structure behind the platform's 6-Layer Ownership Protection.
  • Created the Ownership Builders Network (OBN) so community leaders can help others build ownership.

GITEX 2019, Dubai

NairaPacket was selected among the startups representing Nigeria at GITEX 2019 Dubai, through the national innovation ecosystem led by NITDA and supported by ONDI.

Zenith Tech Fair Winner (2019)

Recognised at the inaugural Zenith Tech Fair, organised by Zenith Bank Plc and its founder Jim Ovia CFR - listed in Zenith's records alongside names such as Flutterwave, Moniepoint, Termii and Alerzo.
